- By booking a service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Glacier Air Tech Company reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Service Booking & Confirmation
- Service appointments can be booked via call, WhatsApp, website form, or email.
- A booking is considered confirmed only when the customer receives a confirmation message or call from our team.
- Same-day service is subject to technician availability and location.
- Diagnosis & Inspection Charges
- Inspection/visiting charges may apply if the customer does not proceed with the repair after the technician has diagnosed the issue.
- Diagnosis charges are non-refundable and vary based on appliance type and location.
- Service Charges & Payments
- All service and repair charges will be communicated upfront before the repair begins.
- Payments are to be made after the service is completed, via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any accepted payment method.
- Additional charges may apply for spare parts, extra labour, gas refilling, or special treatments.
- Spare Parts & Warranty
- We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts depending on customer preference and availability.
- Warranty on spare parts is provided as per manufacturer or supplier guidelines.
- Warranty covers only the specific part replaced and does not apply to unrelated appliance issues.
- Warranty is void if:
- The appliance is tampered with by a third party
- Electrical fluctuations, water damage, or improper usage cause the issue
- The customer fails to follow maintenance instructions
- Service Warranty
- Glacier Air Tech Company provides a limited warranty on repair services (typically 15–90 days depending on repair type).
- Warranty covers service workmanship only, not new issues or complications arising from old/different components.
- In case of warranty claims, the customer must provide the original service invoice or proof of service.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
- Safe and easy access to the appliance.
- Availability of electricity, water supply, drainage, or other necessary resources during service.
- That no personal belongings obstruct the work area.
- Proper usage of the appliance after repair, following technician guidelines.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customers may reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge if done before the technician arrives.
- If a technician has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee or visiting charge may apply.
- Limitations & Liability
- Glacier Air Tech Company is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by pre-existing appliance issues
- Electrical fluctuations, wiring problems, or voltage issues
- Water damage or rusting
- Issues caused due to improper handling by the customer
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance failure.
- Some issues may require multiple visits; timelines will depend on part availability and complexity.
- Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The environment is unsafe or unhygienic.
- The appliance is beyond repair or not technically serviceable.
- The customer behaves abusively, aggressively, or unprofessionally.
- Privacy & Data Usage
- Customer information (name, phone number, address) is collected only for service-related communication.
- We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
- Calls or chats may be recorded for training or quality purposes.
- Website Usage Terms
- All text, images, logos, and content on this website belong to Glacier Air Tech Company.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or republish any website content without prior permission.
- The information provided is for general purposes; actual service offerings may vary.
- Governing Law
