At Glacier Air Tech Company, we aim to deliver reliable, transparent, and customer-friendly repair services. Since we do not accept online payments or conduct monetary transactions through the website, our refund and cancellation terms apply only to service visits and on-site repair work.

Please read the policy carefully before booking a service.

  1. No Online Payments
  • Glacier Air Tech Company does not process any online payments through the website.
  • All payments are made only after service completion, directly to the technician or through approved offline methods such as:
    • Cash
    • UPI payment
    • Bank transfer

Because no online transactions occur, there are no online refunds applicable.

  1. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancelling Before Technician Visit

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge if done before the technician is dispatched.

2.2 Cancelling After Technician Dispatch

  • If the technician has already been assigned or is en route, a visiting/inspection charge may apply.
  • This charge is applicable even if:
    • The customer changes their mind
    • The issue gets resolved independently
    • The appliance becomes unavailable for inspection

2.3 Technician Unable to Access Premises

If the technician reaches your location but cannot perform the inspection due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Lack of access to the appliance
  • Unsafe conditions

Then the visiting charges are still applicable.

  1. Refund Policy for Service Charges

Since payments are made only after service completion, refunds are generally not applicable. However, the following conditions apply:

3.1 Non-Refundable Charges

  • Inspection charges
  • Gas filling / refrigerant charging
  • Labour charges after service completion
  • Costs of consumables used during service

3.2 Spare Parts Refunds

Refunds on spare parts are not applicable once:

  • The spare part is installed
  • The appliance has been tested and handed over
  • The customer has approved the installation

Spare parts once used cannot be returned to the supplier.

  1. Warranty-Based Revisit, Not Refund

If an issue reoccurs within the service warranty period, we provide:

  • Free revisit
  • Free repair (for warranty-covered issues only)

Refunds are not applicable under warranty. Instead, we ensure:

  • Rechecking
  • Repairing the same issue
  • Replacing the defective part (if warranty covers it)
  1. Incorrect Diagnosis or Unresolved Problem

If the technician is unable to repair the appliance due to:

  • Parts unavailability
  • Appliance beyond repair
  • Severe electrical issues
  • Manufacturer restrictions

Then:

  • ONLY visiting charges apply.
  • No repair or labour charges will be collected.

Refunds are not applicable because no payment is taken upfront.

  1. Customer Satisfaction Clause

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you face any concerns regarding:

  • Service quality
  • Technician behaviour
  • Pricing transparency

Please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Review the issue
  • Provide clarification
  • Offer a revisit if necessary

However, refunds remain not applicable due to the offline, post-service payment structure.
